Kevin “Kev” Breen is my first foreign military guest on Oscar Mike Radio. Kev served in the U.K. Army for 15 years in the Royal Corps of Signals before transitioning to civilian life.
After his transition, he joined Immersive Labs. Immersive Labs offers interactive, goal based Cybersecurity training. This is needed because Cybersecurity is a job field that is woefully understaffed.
From day one Immersive Labs has been offering their cybersecurity education platform free of charge to Veterans who served the United Kingdom.
Learning about Kev’s transition and seeing the Immersive Labs product in action was a great way to celebrate Remembrance/Veterans Day.
I met Heather through James Van Prooyen’s Veterans Business Hour. Heather is a U.S. Army Veteran and now does business coaching. Business coaching from Heather’s point of view is identifying what you want to do with your business and executing on that vision.
That is done through Automation, Accountability, and Action Steps. These all roll into something Heather calls the Digital Warrior Movement. As you will hear Heather did some coaching during our conversation and already her advice is paying off.

I met Nick Sawall earlier this year in a short trip to Nashville. In talking with Nick, he told how me how important Irreverent Warriors was to him at certain points in his life. The aspect of camaraderie is the foundation for the outreach Irreverent Warriors does. Nick has lived this and found it works.
