I have had several guys ask me about what to do when Jody strikes. This podcast was setup for any guy (or gal) who just got hit with one of life’s storms. Simple things are sometimes the best things when you are in the fight.
I don’t advise turning to alcohol or substances to deal with the pain. You need to keep your head in the game. Keep your business off social media.
Exercise, eat right, and yes, get a library card. Use the library as a way to relax and educate yourself.
Jody is scum no doubt. Remember who did this to you, and focus on getting the best outcome possible. OMR sends
P.S. My next Jody podcast is looking to be a good one

Project New Hope
June is National PTSD Awareness Month, it’s crucial that we take this opportunity to share and shine a light on the invisible wounds of war. Not all warriors come home only with injuries you can see. Often times, the injuries you can’t see are far more severe.
For some warriors, it can take years to even realize they are living with post-traumatic stress (PTSD). Many try to cope with or ignore their feelings of depression, anger, and anxiety — and that can further impact their entire families. Husbands. Wives. Caregivers. Even children. When their loved ones are suffering, they suffer too.
In July we are offering PTSD “Couple only” week long retreat in Old Orchard Beach, Maine.
