PBR Velocity Tour 2/25/23

Tonight was a night for the bulls.

With only 5 riders making it to the final round, this cold snowy February night proved to be just the right setting for these powerful bulls to showcase their talent in front of a sold out crowd at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA.

The first round produced 4 of the 5 riders that made it to the Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour event final round, and the bulls were definitely showing who ruled this arena.

Eduardo de Oliveira placed fifth overall with 53 points riding Recall (J Bar W) and Bryan Titman took fourth place with 61.50 points after riding Baldy ( J Bar W) in the first round.

These next 2 riders, Victor Losnake and Cody McCandless both grabbed 83 points. Cody rode Sky Lights High Rise ( Mike Miller Bucking Bulls) right into second place, along with Victor on Peg Leg ( J Bar W).

Not until round 5 did we see another qualifying ride, and also the winning ride. Brandon McDowell was able to match the moves of Crazed Addiction (Cornwall Bucking Bulls) to get 84 points, and won his career-first event with the PBR.

The PBR Velocity Tour moves on to Knoxville, Tennessee Saturday, March 4. The PBR Knoxville Invitational gets underway at 7 p.m. EST.
